At Pleazure Code, we are committed to providing high-quality intimate wellness products and exceptional customer service. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of many of our products, special return conditions apply.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is damaged upon delivery.
  • The item received is defective or does not function as intended.
  • The incorrect item was shipped.
  • The item arrived with missing components.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Proof of purchase and clear photographs or videos showing the issue may be required before a return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items once delivered:

  • Vibrators
  • Dildos
  • Masturbators
  • Anal toys
  • Wearable intimate devices
  • Lubricants
  • Personal care products
  • Opened lingerie
  • Any product with broken hygiene seals
  • Any product showing signs of use

This policy applies even if the product was purchased in error or if the customer changes their mind after delivery.

Defective Products

If a product arrives defective or develops a manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery, please contact our support team.

Upon verification, we may:

  • Replace the product with the same model.
  • Issue store credit.
  • Provide a refund where replacement is not possible.

Pleazure Code reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable except where the error was caused by Pleazure Code.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped or collected by a courier, it cannot be cancelled.

In-Store Purchases

Products purchased from our physical location may only be exchanged if they are proven to be defective at the time of purchase.

No refunds are provided for opened intimate products.
